CACDP

The CACDP is the Council for the Advancement of Communication with Deaf People. It was founded in 1982 and has grown to be the official body for speech to text reporters. CACDP is a registered charity that aims to raise the standards of communication between people with functional hearing and the deaf.

The CACDP provides nationally recognised qualifications in sign language and other communication methods. They are one of the most widely recognised charities for supporting the deaf and have a long standing reputation for its intense, dedicated work to improve the standards of living for the deaf.

The CACDP provides accredited training for speech-to-text reporters and offers continued support after training has been completed. CACDP dramatically improves the quality of life and communication in situations such as meetings, courtroom appearances and seminars.

All our reporters are accredited by CACDP, please call us today for more information.
